Presentail is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Achrafieh office. As a key member of our team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Proficient in MS Office and recruitment tools
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Source candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Manage the interview process and provide feedback to candidates
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings
  • Extend job offers and negotiate salary packages
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports
