Presentail is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Achrafieh office. As a key member of our team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Proficient in MS Office and recruitment tools
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Source candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Manage the interview process and provide feedback to candidates
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings
- Extend job offers and negotiate salary packages
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports
