Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a leadership role in marketing
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy, digital marketing, and branding
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a team and collaborate with other departments
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Lead the marketing team in executing campaigns across various channels
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals
