Presentail is seeking a  self-motivated HR Intern to join our team in our Achrafieh office immediately. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in human resources while contributing to various HR functions in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  2. Conduct interviews with potential candidates and assist in the selection process, ensuring alignment with job requirements and company culture.
  3. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, conducting orientation sessions, and assisting with new hire paperwork.
  4. Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of employee training programs, workshops, and development initiatives.
  5. Help organize and facilitate employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, recognition programs, and social gatherings.
  6. Assist in maintaining HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.
  7. Provide administrative support to the General Manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.

Qualifications:

  1. Graduated from or currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Is available to start immediately after the interview process.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with candidates, employees, and managers.
  4. Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  8. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and eagerness to contribute to the success of the HR function and the organization.
