Presentail is seeking a self-motivated HR Intern to join our team in our Achrafieh office immediately. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in human resources while contributing to various HR functions in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Conduct interviews with potential candidates and assist in the selection process, ensuring alignment with job requirements and company culture.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, conducting orientation sessions, and assisting with new hire paperwork.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of employee training programs, workshops, and development initiatives.
- Help organize and facilitate employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, recognition programs, and social gatherings.
- Assist in maintaining HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.
Qualifications:
- Graduated from or currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Is available to start immediately after the interview process.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with candidates, employees, and managers.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and eagerness to contribute to the success of the HR function and the organization.
