Florist

We are seeking a creative and passionate Florist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a love for flowers, and the ability to create beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions. You will be responsible for designing, arranging, and maintaining floral displays.

Responsibilities:

• Floral Design & Arrangement: Create floral arrangements such as bouquets, centerpieces, wreaths, and other floral designs for events, weddings, corporate functions, and everyday retail sales.
• Store Display: Set up and maintain attractive floral displays in the shop, ensuring the store always looks fresh and inviting.
• Floral Care: Properly water, trim, and maintain flowers and plants to ensure longevity and freshness.
• Event Set-Up: Occasionally participate in off-site event installations, such as wedding or corporate event floral decorations.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including floral preparation tools and store display areas.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience working as a florist or in a similar floral design role is highly preferred.
• Creativity: A strong sense of creativity and a keen eye for floral design trends.
• Knowledge of Floriculture: In-depth knowledge of different flower types, their care requirements, and seasonal availability.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and on-call during special events.
• Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy floral arrangements or supplies.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in creating floral arrangements.
• Language: Fluency in English is required, Arabic is a plus.
