Presentail is looking for a Customer Loyalty Manager to join our Achrafieh office.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service or account management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management software
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • Manage customer accounts and address any inquiries or issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve customer retention
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and develop personalized engagement strategies
  • Design and execute customer loyalty programs
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on feedback
  • Track key performance indicators related to customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • Communicate regularly with customers to ensure their needs are being met
