Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Manage customer accounts and address any inquiries or issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve customer retention
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and develop personalized engagement strategies
- Design and execute customer loyalty programs
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on feedback
- Track key performance indicators related to customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Communicate regularly with customers to ensure their needs are being met
