Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience in technical writing, preferably in the technology sector.
Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to analyze complex technical information and translate it into easy-to-understand documentation.
Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Familiarity with content management systems and document collaboration tools.
Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and create clear, concise technical documentation, including user manuals, product guides, and support documents.
Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with company guidelines and standards.
Edit and proofread technical content to maintain quality and consistency.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on deadlines and project requirements.
Conduct research and stay informed about industry trends to enhance the quality and relevance of technical documentation.
Continuously improve and update existing documentation based on user feedback and updates to products and services.
