Presentail is looking for a Community Manager to join our Achrafieh office.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Community Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms and trends
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Experience in customer service is a plus
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to engage our online community
- Create and maintain relationships with customers and followers
- Monitor online conversations and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Plan and execute online events and campaigns to increase brand awareness
- Analyze and report on social media KPIs to track performance and improve strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and maintain brand consistency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management
