As we continue scaling, we are seeking a strategic, hands-on General Manager to drive operations, growth, and execution excellence.
Role Overview
The General Manager will oversee Presentail’s day-to-day operations, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth coordination between logistics, vendors, customer support, and marketing. This role requires a balance of strategic vision and operational discipline, with the ability to manage KPIs, scale processes, and lead people in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
Act as the right hand to the CEO in executing Presentail’s vision and growth plans.
Translate company goals into operational strategies and measurable outcomes.
Provide leadership across teams to foster collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
Operational Excellence
Oversee daily business operations including logistics, vendor management, and customer experience.
Optimize supply chain efficiency, vendor relations, and order fulfillment.
Implement systems and processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and scale sustainably.
Financial & Performance Management
Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation.
Track key business metrics and provide regular performance reports.
Identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for profitability.
Team & Culture Building
Recruit, train, and mentor staff across operations, support, and vendor management.
Build a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer-centricity.
Empower employees with clear goals, KPIs, and growth opportunities.
Growth & Market Expansion
Support business development and partnership initiatives to expand Presentail’s vendor and customer base.
Work with marketing to ensure alignment between campaigns and operational capacity.
Explore and launch new revenue streams, products, and services.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in operations, general management, or a leadership role (preferably in e-commerce, logistics, or retail).
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Proven ability to manage P&L, budgets, and financial performance.
Analytical mindset with a track record of improving efficiency and scalability.
Experience in startup or growth-stage environments is a strong plus.
Fluency in English and Arabic preferred.
