Talent Acquisition Specialist

Presentail is looking for a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Achrafieh office. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, assessing, and hiring top talent to support our growing organization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  • Strong understanding of recruitment practices and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with HR software and candidate management systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage the offer process and negotiate salary and benefits packages
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
