Presentail is looking for an E-commerce Coordinator to join our Achrafieh office.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and relevant tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other online marketing techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings on the website.
- Monitor online sales performance and analyze data to improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with marketing team to create and implement online marketing campaigns.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any e-commerce related issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recommend strategies for growth.
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure product availability.
- Assist in developing and implementing e-commerce strategies to drive sales.
