Administrative Assistant

Achrafieh, Beirut, Lebanon - Full Time

Presentail is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Achrafieh office.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office tasks such as answering phones, managing office supplies, and organizing files
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail
  • Provide support for executives and team members as needed
  • Help with data entry and maintaining records
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as necessary
  • Assist with events and special projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment and procedures
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
