Presentail is looking for a Procurement Manager to join our Achrafieh office.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Proven work experience in procurement or purchasing.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and procurement software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
  • Source and engage with suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Monitor market trends and work with stakeholders to forecast demand and manage inventory levels.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics and finance, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations related to procurement.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on procurement activities and key performance metrics.
