Retail Operations Manager

Presentail is looking for a Retail Operations Manager to join our Achrafieh office.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• Proven experience in retail operations management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of retail store, including inventory management, sales targets, and customer service
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Monitor and analyze retail metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Train and supervise retail staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and campaigns
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to optimize supply chain processes
