Fulfillment Coordinator

Presentail is looking for a Fulfillment Coordinator to join our Achrafieh office.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in order management or logistics coordination.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the fulfillment process of customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Liaise with suppliers and shipping partners to track inventory levels and shipment status.
  • Monitor order status, resolve any issues that arise, and communicate updates to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and shipments in the system.
  • Assist in optimizing fulfillment operations, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to address inquiries and provide support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to fulfillment and shipping.
