Presentail is looking for a Head of Growth to join our Achrafieh office.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies and techniques
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Optimize conversion funnels and improve overall user experience
• Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of growth initiatives
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to drive continuous improvement in growth strategies
• Lead and mentor a team of growth marketers to achieve department goals
