Learning and Development Specialist

Presentail is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to join our Achrafieh office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating employee training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems.

Responsibilities:

• Assess the training needs of employees and develop customized learning programs.
• Create engaging training materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, and workshops.
• Deliver training sessions either in-person or virtually.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, feedback, and performance assessments.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and make recommendations for training enhancements.
• Collaborate with department managers to align training initiatives with business goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
