Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our platform
- Collaborate with the development team to find solutions to complex technical problems
- Document and track customer issues and resolutions
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry trends
- Assist in training customers on how to use our platform effectively
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while assisting customers
