Presentail is looking for an Employee Engagement Manager to join our Achrafieh office.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in employee engagement, HR, or related area
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and motivation
  • Collaborate with departments to create a positive work environment
  • Organize and oversee team-building activities and events
  • Conduct surveys and gather feedback to improve employee satisfaction
  • Resolve employee conflicts and provide guidance on HR policies
  • Monitor and track employee performance and attendance
  • Report on key employee engagement metrics to management
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employee engagement
