E-commerce Specialist

Presentail is looking for an E-commerce Specialist to join our Achrafieh office.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the online store and website, ensuring all products are accurately listed and updated.
• Optimize product listings for search engines to drive traffic and increase conversions.
• Monitor and analyze online sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Implement strategies to improve user experience and increase customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to create campaigns and promotions that drive sales.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide support for any online shopping issues.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in e-commerce, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of online sales platforms and website management.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in e-commerce tools and software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
