Quality Assurance Specialist

Presentail is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Achrafieh office.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with automated testing tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans and procedures to ensure product quality.
• Identify, record, and track bugs to resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product objectives are met.
• Conduct regression testing and performance assessments.
• Improve QA processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry best practices and technologies.
