We are looking for an operations manager to join our team in our Achrafieh office.
The operations manager will have to be Responsible for optimizing daily operations, leading a team, and implementing efficient processes

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
Optimize processes to enhance operational performance.
Monitor and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline interdepartmental communication.
Ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
Proven 3-5 years experience in operations management.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
