E-commerce Coordinator

Presentail is looking for an E-commerce Coordinator to join our Achrafieh office.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and relevant tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other online marketing techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings on the website.
• Monitor online sales performance and analyze data to improve conversion rates.
• Coordinate with marketing team to create and implement online marketing campaigns.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any e-commerce related issues.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recommend strategies for growth.
• Collaborate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure product availability.
• Assist in developing and implementing e-commerce strategies to drive sales.
