Presentail is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Achrafieh office.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in customer success or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
  • Experience working with CRM software.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new customers and provide them with product training.
  • Proactively engage with customers to ensure they are satisfied with our services.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
  • Gather feedback from customers and communicate it to the product development team.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Monitor customer usage metrics to identify potential churn risks and take proactive steps to prevent customer loss.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer success.
