Presentail is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Achrafieh office.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in customer success or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
- Experience working with CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard new customers and provide them with product training.
- Proactively engage with customers to ensure they are satisfied with our services.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
- Gather feedback from customers and communicate it to the product development team.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve the overall customer experience.
- Monitor customer usage metrics to identify potential churn risks and take proactive steps to prevent customer loss.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer success.
