Returns Specialist

Presentail is looking for a Returns Specialist to join our Achrafieh office. Requirements:- Proven experience in managing customer returns in a retail or e-commerce environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and returns processes- Ability to work independently and as part of a team Responsibilities:- Handle all aspects of the returns process, including communicating with customers, processing returns, and issuing refunds or replacements- Investigate the reason for returns and provide feedback to the marketing and product teams- Monitor return trends and generate reports for management- Implement best practices for handling returns and strive to improve customer satisfaction- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless returns process from start to finish.
