Presentail is looking for a Retail Operations Manager to join our Achrafieh office.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Proven experience in retail operations management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of retail store, including inventory management, sales targets, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor and analyze retail metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Train and supervise retail staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and campaigns
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to optimize supply chain processes
