Presentail is looking for an HR Generalist to join our Achrafieh office.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in HR roles
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
  • Administer employee benefits and payroll processes
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflicts resolution
  • Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions
  • Contribute to training and development initiatives for employees
  • Support in maintaining a positive workplace culture and employee engagement
