Presentail is looking for an HR Generalist to join our Achrafieh office.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR roles
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Administer employee benefits and payroll processes
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflicts resolution
- Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions
- Contribute to training and development initiatives for employees
- Support in maintaining a positive workplace culture and employee engagement
