Presentail is looking for a Fulfillment Coordinator to join our Achrafieh office.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in order management or logistics coordination.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the fulfillment process of customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Liaise with suppliers and shipping partners to track inventory levels and shipment status.
- Monitor order status, resolve any issues that arise, and communicate updates to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and shipments in the system.
- Assist in optimizing fulfillment operations, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to address inquiries and provide support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to fulfillment and shipping.
