Presentail is looking for a customer service representative to join our team in our Bechara El khoury, BDD office. This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points and maintaining extensive product knowledge.

The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction.

Responsibilities:

Handle on-phone sales, assisting customers with inquiries and purchases.
Manage incoming and outgoing calls to provide customer support and resolve issues.
Respond to emails professionally and efficiently.
Handle ManyChat (Instagram, Facebook and Whatsapp) conversations, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer queries.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
1-2 years proven experience in supporting client success
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Available to work 6 days per week (Work hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM / Off day: Tuesday)
