IT Support Specialist

Presentail is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our Achrafieh office.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of computer systems and IT infrastructure
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
• Attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Install and configure computer systems, software, and peripherals
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure and systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for employees
• Assist with onboarding and training new employees on IT systems
• Ensure data security and confidentiality
• Collaborate with IT team members to improve processes and systems
• Stay up to date on the latest technology trends and developments
