Presentail is looking for a Personal Assistant to join our Achrafieh office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and other team members
- Manage and coordinate the CEO's schedule, meetings, and appointments
- Handle communication and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Assist in organizing events, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Maintain and organize files and records
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Discretion and confidentiality must be maintained at all times.
