Presentail is looking for a Personal Assistant to join our Achrafieh office.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and other team members
  • Manage and coordinate the CEO's schedule, meetings, and appointments
  • Handle communication and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
  • Assist in organizing events, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Conduct research and compile data as needed
  • Maintain and organize files and records
  • Handle confidential information with discretion

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality must be maintained at all times.
