CRM Specialist

Presentail is looking for a CRM Specialist to join our Achrafieh office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer relationship management systems and be responsible for managing and optimizing our customer database to improve customer interactions and increase retention rates. Responsibilities:1. Implement and maintain CRM software to streamline customer communication and data management.2. Develop and execute strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty.3. Analyze customer data to identify trends and recommend improvements.4. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align customer engagement efforts.5. Provide training and support to employees on CRM usage and best practices.6. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CRM initiatives.Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.2. Proven experience in CRM systems and data management.3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.6. Knowledge of customer engagement strategies and best practices.7. Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics. 8. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
