Customs Compliance Specialist

Presentail is looking for a Customs Compliance Specialist to join our Achrafieh office. We are seeking an individual with a strong understanding of customs regulations and procedures to ensure seamless international shipping of our products.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure compliance with all customs regulations and documentation requirements for international shipments.
2. Work closely with logistics partners to facilitate smooth customs clearance processes.
3. Coordinate with internal teams to provide accurate information for customs declarations.
4. Monitor changes in customs laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
5. Resolve any customs-related issues or delays in a timely manner.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
2. Proven experience in customs compliance, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
3. Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
4. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
