Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis and performance monitoring.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.

Responsibilities:
- Analyzing performance data to identify trends and key insights.
- Developing reports and dashboards to track performance metrics.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve performance.
- Conducting in-depth analysis to support decision-making.
- Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Implementing performance improvement strategies based on data analysis.
