Presentail is looking for an Office Manager to join our Achrafieh office.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and other office management software
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily office operations
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
- Handle office budget and expenses
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Monitor and maintain office policies and procedures
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment
- Handle HR-related tasks such as payroll and benefits administration
- Assist in organizing company events and team-building activities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
