Presentail is looking for an Office Manager to join our Achrafieh office.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other office management software
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily office operations
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Handle office budget and expenses
  • Manage office supplies and equipment
  • Monitor and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment
  • Handle HR-related tasks such as payroll and benefits administration
  • Assist in organizing company events and team-building activities
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
