Presentail is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Achrafieh office.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting outbound calls and emails to potential customers to generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Qualifying leads through research and qualification criteria
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of potential customers
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads
- Providing regular feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and customer insights
- Keeping detailed records of calls and interactions in the CRM system
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales development
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus
