Presentail is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Achrafieh office.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting outbound calls and emails to potential customers to generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Qualifying leads through research and qualification criteria
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of potential customers
  • Collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads
  • Providing regular feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and customer insights
  • Keeping detailed records of calls and interactions in the CRM system
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales development

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales techniques
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus
