- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and motivation
- Collaborate with departments to create a positive work environment
- Organize and oversee team-building activities and events
- Conduct surveys and gather feedback to improve employee satisfaction
- Resolve employee conflicts and provide guidance on HR policies
- Monitor and track employee performance and attendance
- Report on key employee engagement metrics to management
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employee engagement
