The Revive Hub is a boutique gym and physiotherapy center that prioritizes personalized training and exceptional client care. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Front Desk Executive to be the face of our brand, providing outstanding customer service while efficiently managing administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
    •    Greet and welcome clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
    •    Assist clients with registration, membership packages, and scheduling sessions.
    •    Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries or concerns effectively.
    •    Proactively call clients to confirm, reschedule, or follow up on sessions.
    •    Operate the point-of-sale system for package purchases and other transactions.
    •    Serve protein shakes and other bar items to clients in an efficient manner.
    •    Manage and update client records in our system accurately.
    •    Handle administrative tasks such as filing, maintaining schedules, and email correspondence.
    •    Coordinate with trainers and physiotherapists to ensure seamless client experiences.
    •    Ensure the reception and bar area are clean, organized, and welcoming.
    •    Provide exceptional customer service, resolving client concerns with professionalism.

Requirements:
    •    Proven experience in a similar role (e.g., front desk receptionist or customer service).
    •    Excellent communication skills in English.
    •    Proficiency in basic computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office, booking systems).
    •    Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
    •    Positive, customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.
